Central Coast Clinical School and Research Institute (CCCSRI) – fly through

The $72.5 million Central Coast Clinical School and Research Institute (CCCSRI), a partnership between CCLHD and the University of Newcastle, is currently under construction.

The Research Institute will give researchers access to dedicated and collaborative spaces to carry out world-class pioneering research in integrated healthcare and population health.

Our next generation of doctors and nurses will be able to experience ‘real-life’ situations in one of the Clinical School’s three simulation labs helping prepare them to enter the health workforce. This state-of-the-art learning environment will also feature a 100-seat lecture space, seminar rooms, problem-based learning spaces, breakout areas for students and a library for both students and health staff.

Staff will move into the new building from early 2021, with students to be welcomed from Semester 2, in 2021.
